介绍了基于啁啾脉冲放大技术的20TW全钛宝石超短脉冲激光装置的研制。该装置的主放大器采用全像传递的空间四程放大构型,可以保持良好的近场分布和提高能量转换效率。主放大器的钛宝石晶体为30mm×15mm,6台调Q倍频的YAG激光器泵浦。压缩后脉宽50fs,能量1J,峰值功率可达20TW,聚焦功率大于3×1018W/cm2。
The development of 20TW all-titanium gem ultrashort pulse laser device based on chirped pulse amplification technology is introduced. The device’s main amplifier uses an all-image transmission space four-way amplification configuration that maintains good near-field distribution and improves energy conversion efficiency. The main amplifier’s titanium sapphire crystal is 30mm × 15mm, with 6 Q-switched YAG laser pumps. Compressed pulse width 50fs, energy 1J, peak power up to 20TW, focusing power is greater than 3 × 1018W / cm2.
