来沪外籍人士逐年增加,其子女教育问题成了上海对外开放工作的一部分,文中选取11所接受外籍学生随班就读的中小学,从外籍学生和家长层面考察随班就读的原因,整理随班就读的类型与流程,从学校层面考察校园中针对外籍学生随班就读而开展的跨文化教育与管理,并提出改进意见。 The number of foreigners who come to Shanghai increases year by year. The issue of their children’s education has become part of the work of opening to the outside world in Shanghai. In this paper, eleven primary and secondary schools that accept foreign students attending regular classes are examined from the perspective of foreign students and their parents, Studying the types and processes of cross-cultural education and management on campus for foreign students attending classes on a regular basis at school level, and put forward suggestions for improvement.
