中国瓷器中凡“内府”款制品都是供宫内使用而制作的御制品。这种制品都由官窑制作,采用的是民窑不可能使用的好原料,并选用最优秀的人才制作而成,产品不容任何微细瑕疵,可以说代表了当时的最高技术水平。清雍正一朝虽仅十三年,却是中国陶瓷生产的巅峰时期,在器型、釉彩的工艺等制作方面,均达到了历史最高水平。景德镇的官窑由于年希尧、唐英的合作,开发出更为精湛的技术及釉药,终而有“粉彩”及“珐琅彩”等产品的出现,雍正年间之器物,质地细腻、釉光莹润、色彩丰富,其技术可以说已达到极致,尔后更有“转心瓶”的造型变化。本器上部及下部原本就是一体化,而中间部分再予分开,因此从黑釉部分中的铁砂釉花盆看就会恍惚觉得黑釉
