目的:对菊科药用植物野艾蒿乙酸乙酯提取部位进行系统的化学成分研究。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱,Sephadex LH-20等手段进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从乙酸乙酯部分共分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别是:β-香树脂醇(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、熊果酸(3)、异泽兰黄素(4)、柚皮素(5)、芹菜素(6)、木犀草素(7)、槲皮素(8)。结论:8个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To systematically study the chemical constituents from the ethyl acetate fraction of Artemisia selengensis, a medicinal plant in Compositae. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20. The structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS: Eight compounds were isolated and identified from ethyl acetate fraction. They were β-amyrin (1), β-sitosterol (2), ursolic acid (3) , Naringenin (5), apigenin (6), luteolin (7) and quercetin (8). Conclusion: The eight compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
