采用放射性同位素位点结合法研究了外用持续性炎症对腰段脊髓 (L4 )背角Nociceptin结合位点的影响。大鼠一侧脚掌皮下注射CFA (130 μl)后 ,局部产生明显的炎性水肿 ,并出现行为学的痛觉过敏并有热辐射刺激诱发的脊髓背角浅层No ciceptin结合位点的明显增加。结果提示 ,Nociceptin在脊髓水平抗伤害感受过程中起一定的作用。
The effect of topical persistent inflammation on the Nociceptin binding site in lumbar spinal cord (L4) dorsal horn was investigated by radioisotope binding. Subcutaneous injection of CFA (130 μl) into one side of the foot of the rat resulted in localized inflammatory edema and behavioral hyperalgesia with a significant increase in No ciceptin binding site in the dorsal horn of spinal dorsal horn induced by heat radiation. The results suggest that Nociceptin plays a role in anti-nociception of spinal cord.
