正确认识高职教育对教师的要求,对于高职教育的健康发展有着至关重要的作用。从高职教育的内涵与任务来看,对教师的要求主要为四个方面:一是转变观念,正确认识高职教育的实践性本质,理解并把握工学结合课程教学模式;二是努力具备职业背景,获取职业技能;三是不断提升教学设计、实施、研究的能力和与人合作交往的能力;四是正确认识按高职教育的要求提升自身素质的重要性与必要性,增强紧迫感。
Correctly understanding the requirements of higher vocational education for teachers plays an important role in the healthy development of higher vocational education.
