中国石化将精细化作为管理理念的核心内容,是对中国石化二十多年来经营管理活动的实践总结。从以完成生产指标为中心的生产管理,到以效益为中心的经营管理;从强调精耕细作的工业化时期到运用科技网络等手段的信息化时期,随着企业所处客观环境的变化,每一种管理特征都有其产生和存在的必然性。但无论哪种管理特征都是精细化管理在不同时期的外在表现。管理上精雕细刻,生产上精耕细作,技术上精益求精,效益上精打细算始终是中国石化的优良传统。苏树林总经理强调,要大力推进精细管理,继承好、发扬好中国石化多年来形成的好传统、好作风。为深化精细管理,本期《特别关注》栏目推出精细管理专题,介绍部分企业精细管理、挖潜增效方面的好做法、好经验,旨在交流精细化管理经验,优势互补,资源共享,追求中国石化整体效益最大化。
