发动机的机械噪声源于发动机零部件的振动,而主要零部件的振动都直接或间接与曲轴的振动有关.文章分析了曲轴振动到各零部件的传递路径,介绍了减振降噪的措施.实验证明通过精心设计各零部件的固有频率和振型以避免强共振,可以有效地降低机械噪声,改善振动的传递路径也是有效措施之一.
The mechanical noise of the engine stems from the vibration of the engine parts, and the vibration of the main parts is directly or indirectly related to the vibration of the crankshaft. The paper analyzes the transmission path of crankshaft vibration to each component, and introduces the measures to reduce vibration and noise. Experiments show that by carefully designing the natural frequencies and modes of each component to avoid strong resonance, the mechanical noise can be effectively reduced and the transmission path of vibration can be improved, which is also an effective measure.
