高精度、高速、体积小、低功耗的定时器为激光飞行时间测量应用的关键部件。在单一程式逻辑芯片上成功制作具备上述优点且内含自我校准电路的完整时间数码转换器 ,使用最近提出的“分支式传递延时 (PD)链”作时间内插 ,对不足计时周期的时段作细分计量。实验证实线性度达 0 .2 3% ,比传统“单线式”PD链提高 10倍 ,且其线性不受温度与电压影响。单发分辨率为 1.45 9ns,多发统计分辨率大约 0 .7ns。本文也提出了分辨率提高到 0 .1ns的方法。
High-precision, high-speed, small size, low-power timers are key components for laser time of flight measurement applications. A complete time-to-digital converter with these advantages and built-in self-calibration circuitry is successfully produced on a single logic chip using the recently proposed “Branch Delay (PD) Chain” as a time interpolation for periods of under-clocked periods For subdivision measurement. Experiments confirmed that the linearity of 0.23%, than the traditional “single-wire” PD chain increased 10-fold, and its linear temperature and voltage from the impact. Single resolution of 1.45 9ns, multiple statistical resolution of about 0. 7ns. This paper also proposes a method of increasing the resolution to 0.1ns.
