在油田注水井分层测试过程中,经常会由于注水井管柱、仪器、人为操作等原因造成井下落物,如果不能打捞成功,就需要井下作业处理,不仅影响正常测试进度,还造成一定的经济损失。通过对测试过程中落物井的统计分析,找出造成注水井落物的四方面主要原因,即注水井管柱变形、结垢、出砂问题,测试仪器脱扣、小配件掉落等问题,钢丝绳断的问题以及测试操作不当问题。本文不仅对产生落物的原因进行全面细致的分析,针对不同落物原因,提出切实可行的预防措施和整改意见。同时针对不同测试落物井提出具体的处理方法。

This article not only gives a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the causes of falling litter, but also puts forward practical and feasible preventive measures and suggestions for rectification according to different causes of falling litter. At the same time for different types of test wells put forward specific treatment.
