研究了添加Nd元素的ZK60镁合金铸态和退火态的金相组织和相组成,同时测定了随着均匀化时间的不同合金硬度的变化。结果表明,Nd能显著细化镁合金晶粒,减少晶间的第二相。Nd在ZK60镁合金中形成Mg12Nd,均匀化后该相消失,其中的Nd以单质形式固溶到基体中,起到固溶强化作用。随着Nd含量的增加,固溶效果增加,需要的均匀化时间也增加。
The microstructures and phase compositions of as-cast and annealed ZK60 magnesium alloys with Nd addition were investigated. The hardness changes of different alloys with homogenization time were also measured. The results show that Nd can significantly refine the magnesium alloy grains and reduce the intergranular second phase. Nd forms Mg12Nd in ZK60 magnesium alloy, and disappears after homogenization. Nd dissolves into the matrix as elemental solid solution and plays the role of solid solution strengthening. As the Nd content increases, the effect of solid solution increases and the time required for homogenization increases.
