果蔬食品和土壤中毒鼠强、氟乙酰胺和农药多残留的毛细管气相色谱法快速检测技术研究

目的:建立毛细管气相色谱法同时快速检测果蔬食品和土壤中毒鼠强、氟乙酰胺和8种氨基甲酸酯类农药、2种有机磷农药的多残留分析方法。方法:利用乙腈提取,Florisil固相萃取净化技术,采用DB-17石英毛细管柱(30 m×0.53 mm×0.50μm),NPD检测器气相色谱法测定。结果:12种农药分离效果良好,线性关系好,在青菜、苹果和土壤中的添加平均回收率为77.5%~111.2%,相对标准偏差RSD为2.57%~13.8%,方法最低检出限0.006~0.15 mg/kg。结论:本研究建立的方法简便、快速、经济,具有良好的灵敏度、精密度和准确度,可以满足果蔬食品和土壤中多组分毒物快速检测和突发公共卫生事件应急处理的要求。 OBJECTIVE: To establish a multi-residue analytical method for the simultaneous determination of 2 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides and pesticides in fruit, vegetable and soil by capillary gas chromatography (GC-MS) with strong, fluoroacetamide and 8 carbamate pesticides. Methods: Acetonitrile extraction and Florisil solid-phase extraction (SPE) were performed on a DB-17 quartz capillary column (30 m × 0.53 mm × 0.50 μm) with gas chromatography of NPD detector. Results: The results showed that the separation of 12 pesticides was good and the linear relationship was good. The average recoveries of the pesticides in vegetables, apples and soils ranged from 77.5% to 111.2% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 2.57% ~ 13.8%. The detection limits were 0.006 ~ 0.15 mg / kg. Conclusion: The method established in this study is simple, rapid and economical, with good sensitivity, precision and accuracy, which can meet the rapid detection of multi-component toxicants in fruits and vegetables and soil and the emergency treatment of public health emergencies.
