为了减轻某矿用防爆胶轮车整体重量,基于优化设计和TRIZ理论对胶轮车的机架进行了优化。根据胶轮车的行驶工况和承载情况,建立了前后车架的有限元模型,采用有限元法分别对车架进行了动静态的应力应变分析,分析结果表明,在对车架进行优化以后,车架的应力强度在许用应力范围内,优化改善了胶轮车的机架。使车架更趋合理。
