由福建省水利水电科学研究所承担的省重点科技攻关项目《射水法造墙三代机的研制》于1998年10月20日在福州通过省计划委员会组织的专家鉴定。参加会议的有来自省内外高校、水利、机械部门10多位专家,以及省科委、省水电厅、工程应用单位领导共30多人。代表们对该项目给于高度的评价,一致认为: 1、该课题立题方向正确,技术路线合理,技术措施可靠。 2、对于粒径80mm及以下以及含少量100mm左右砂卵石地层,采用射水法技术反循环出渣建造砼地下连续墙是成功的。通过汛期考验,其防渗效果良好,应用前景广阔。 3、该成果突破了“二代机”的局限,填补了射水法造墙技术在砂卵石地层中建造地下连续墙的国内空白,达到国内领先水平。
Fujian Provincial Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Institute of key scientific and technological projects undertaken by the provincial “water law wall three generations of machine research” in October 20, 1998 in Fuzhou provincial planning committee organized by experts. More than 10 experts from colleges and universities, water conservancy and machinery departments both inside and outside the province attended the conference and more than 30 leaders from the provincial Science and Technology Commission, the Provincial Hydropower Department and engineering application units attended the conference. The delegates gave a high degree of evaluation of the project and agreed that: 1. The subject of the project is in the right direction, with reasonable technical route and reliable technical measures. 2, for the particle size of 80mm and below, and with a small amount of about 100mm sand and gravel stratum, the use of jetting technology reverse circulation slag concrete continuous diaphragm wall is successful. Through the flood season test, the anti-seepage effect is good, the application prospect is broad. 3, the results of a breakthrough in the “second generation machine” limitations, to fill the water wall technology in sand and gravel stratum to build the diaphragm wall of the domestic blank, reaching the leading domestic level.
