目的:探讨白虎加人参汤对重度烧伤大鼠早期炎症反应的影响,从而为烧伤重症的中医内治提供理论依据。方法:将SD健康大鼠60只随机分为4组:空白对照组、模型组、地塞米松组及白虎加人参汤组,每组15只。采用92℃恒温水造成30%TBSAIII度大鼠烧伤模型,造模成功后1h即分别给药,于伤后6h,12h,24h,48h,72h分别测定各组大鼠血中CRP含量。结果:造模后各组CRP值均显著上升,与空白对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01);与模型组相比,地塞米松组及白虎加人参汤组伤后各时相点CRP值上升明显受抑制(P<0.01);地塞米松组与白虎加人参汤组相比,在伤后6h,12h,24hCRP值升高无显著性差异(P>0.05),但伤后48h,72h白虎加人参汤组CRP值升高受抑制优于地塞米松组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:白虎加人参汤能明显减轻重度烧伤大鼠早期炎症反应。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Baihu plus ginseng decoction on the early inflammatory reaction in severe burn rats, and to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of severe burn in Chinese medicine. Methods: Sixty SD healthy rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group, model group, dexamethasone group and Baihu plus ginseng soup group, 15 rats in each group. The rat model of 30% TBSA III degree burn was established by constant temperature water at 92 ° C. The rats were dosed at 1 hour after successful modeling. CRP levels were measured at 6h, 12h, 24h, 48h, 72h after injury in each group. Results: Compared with the model group, the CRP values of all the groups increased significantly after modeling (P <0.01), compared with the model group, the dexamethasone group and Baihu plus ginseng soup group were significantly different (P <0.01). Compared with Baihu plus ginseng soup group, there was no significant difference in the CRP value at 6h, 12h and 24h after injury between dexamethasone group and the other groups (P> 0.05) 48h, 72h white tiger plus ginseng soup group CRP inhibition was better than dexamethasone group (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Baihu and Ginseng Decoction can significantly reduce the early inflammatory reaction in severe burn rats.
