实行会计集中核算需要单位全员提高财务管理意识,财务人员熟练掌握财务报账业务,报账员明确自己的工作职责并提高财务管理的职业道德。本文指出了实行会计集中核算后行政事业单位财务人员管理存在的问题,提出了发挥行政事业单位财务人员管理重要性的对策。
The implementation of centralized accounting accounting needs units to raise the overall awareness of financial management, financial staff proficient in financial reporting business, reporting staff to clear their job responsibilities and improve the financial management of professional ethics. This paper points out the problems existing in the management of financial personnel in administrative units after the centralized accounting has been implemented, and puts forward the countermeasures to give full play to the importance of the management of financial personnel in administrative units.
