人力资源管理是一项需要人与人进行沟通的工作,在任何一个组织内都具有重要的基础地位。企业的人力资源管理必须从实际出发,对人力资源的管理理念、管理资源、管理人才进行完善和创新,企业要发展人力资源管理向可持续方向迈进,就必须做出符合新时代的转变与创新。本文分析了我国目前人力资源管理中存在的问题,并给出应对策略,希望对企业在人力资源管理的发展上提供参考。
Human resource management is a need for people to communicate with each other’s work, have an important foundation within any organization. Human resources management of enterprises must proceed from the reality, improve and innovate the management concepts, management resources and management personnel of human resources. Enterprises must make changes and innovations in line with the new era if they want to develop human resources management in a sustainable direction . This paper analyzes the existing problems in human resource management in our country, and gives coping strategies, hoping to provide references for the development of human resource management in enterprises.
