目的：研究中药新药川天康胶囊对实验动物脑血流、脑缺血及血管舒张功能的影响。方法：用ＭＦＶ１２００型电磁流量计及ＲＭ６０００型四道生理记录仪分别测定给药组及对照组麻醉猫的血压、心电图、心率及脑血流变化；通过阻断大鼠及侧颈总动脉形成急性不完全性脑缺血模型，观察给药组及对照组脑毛细血管通透性和脑含水量的变化；以离体兔主动脉条实验法，观察给药组及对照组对离体兔主动脉螺旋条作用的不同影响。结果：川天康胶囊能使麻醉猫脑血流量明显增加，并使脑血管阻力及血压显著降低，而对心电图、心率无明显影响；能使实验性脑缺血模型大鼠脑毛细血管通透性及脑含水量明显降低；能明显对抗肾上腺素、５羟色胺、组胺致血管平滑肌痉挛性收缩。结论：实验结果提示，川天康胶囊能明显增加脑血流量，降低脑血管阻力，促进脑供血，减轻脑血管通透性及脑水肿，对缺血性脑组织的病理变化有一定保护作用，并能明显改善血管舒张功能，为其临床治疗闭塞性脑血管病、眩晕头痛等疾患提供了实验依据 Objective: To study the effects of new drug Chuantiankang capsule on cerebral blood flow, cerebral ischemia and vasodilation in experimental animals.
