目的:研究中药新药川天康胶囊对实验动物脑血流、脑缺血及血管舒张功能的影响。方法:用MFV1200型电磁流量计及RM6000型四道生理记录仪分别测定给药组及对照组麻醉猫的血压、心电图、心率及脑血流变化;通过阻断大鼠及侧颈总动脉形成急性不完全性脑缺血模型,观察给药组及对照组脑毛细血管通透性和脑含水量的变化;以离体兔主动脉条实验法,观察给药组及对照组对离体兔主动脉螺旋条作用的不同影响。结果:川天康胶囊能使麻醉猫脑血流量明显增加,并使脑血管阻力及血压显著降低,而对心电图、心率无明显影响;能使实验性脑缺血模型大鼠脑毛细血管通透性及脑含水量明显降低;能明显对抗肾上腺素、5羟色胺、组胺致血管平滑肌痉挛性收缩。结论:实验结果提示,川天康胶囊能明显增加脑血流量,降低脑血管阻力,促进脑供血,减轻脑血管通透性及脑水肿,对缺血性脑组织的病理变化有一定保护作用,并能明显改善血管舒张功能,为其临床治疗闭塞性脑血管病、眩晕头痛等疾患提供了实验依据
Objective: To study the effects of new drug Chuantiankang capsule on cerebral blood flow, cerebral ischemia and vasodilation in experimental animals. Results: Chuantiankang capsule can increase cerebral blood flow in anesthetized cats, and significantly reduce cerebral vascular resistance and blood pressure, but has no significant effect on electrocardiogram and heart rate; it can make brain capillaries in experimental cerebral ischemia rats transparent Sexual and brain water content decreased significantly; can significantly inhibit adrenergic, serotonin, histamine-induced vascular smooth muscle spasm. Conclusion: The experimental results suggest that Chuantiankang Capsule can significantly increase cerebral blood flow, reduce cerebral vascular resistance, promote blood supply to the brain, reduce cerebral vascular permeability and brain edema, and have a protective effect on the pathological changes of ischemic brain tissue. And can significantly improve the vasodilation function, providing experimental basis for its clinical treatment of occlusive cerebrovascular disease, vertigo headache and other diseases
