结合京沪高速铁路DK672+800~DK675+280支承层工程实例,分析了高速铁路无砟轨道路基支承层低塑性混凝土技术特点,针对低塑性混凝土与众不同的特点,通过对混凝土配合比、振捣工艺及模板体系重点技术研究,形成了系统的低塑性混凝土支承层配合比设计、施工方法、施工流程、工艺及设备配置成套施工技术,并成功运用,效果良好。
Based on the engineering examples of DK672 + 800 ~ DK675 + 280 supporting layer of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, the technical characteristics of low plasticity concrete for ballastless support layer of high-speed railway are analyzed. According to the characteristics of low-plasticity concrete, Pounding technology and template system key technology research, formed a system of low plasticity concrete supporting layer mix design, construction methods, construction process, technology and equipment configuration complete sets of construction technology, and the successful use of good results.
