洼38块东二段油藏含油饱和度低,长期处于低速开采状态.在油藏研究基础上,结合生产动态、监测资料进行综合分析后认为,该块东二段低速开采原因主要是含可动水、合采易出水层、边水入侵和管外窜槽.通过综合治理,利用水平井提液增油进行二次开发,取得良好的开发效果.
