多孔壁入流及其对槽道内主流流动与换热的影响

对带有多孔壁入流的水平槽道内主流气体的流动与换热问题进行了数值模拟。数值计算中将主流区和多孔壁面区进行耦合求解,对多孔壁面内流动和换热、多孔区域的非均匀温度分布、注入率对表面温度的影响等进行了研究。计算结果表明:在多孔壁面内部,冷却气体与多孔壁面内固体颗粒之间存在一定温差,说明在对多孔壁面内部的流动与换热进行体积平均式的宏观数学描述时采用局部非热平衡模型的必要性;在靠近主流气体的多孔壁面孔隙内产生与主流相反方向的速度分量。此外,不同注入率下多孔壁面上表面固体温度的计算值与实验结果基本吻合。 The numerical simulation of the flow and heat transfer of mainstream gas in a horizontal channel with porous wall inflow is carried out. In the numerical calculation, the mainstream area and the porous wall area are solved by coupling, the flow and heat transfer in the porous wall, the non-uniform temperature distribution in the porous area and the influence of the injection rate on the surface temperature are studied. The calculation results show that there is a certain temperature difference between the cooling gas and the solid particles in the porous wall inside the porous wall, indicating the necessity of using the local non-thermal equilibrium model when describing the volumetric average macroscopic mathematical model of the flow and heat transfer inside the porous wall The velocity component in the opposite direction to the main flow is generated in the porous wall pores close to the mainstream gas. In addition, the calculated values ​​of surface solid temperature on the porous wall under different injection rates basically agree with the experimental results.
