目的:探索温胆汤对精神分裂症模型鼠学习记忆功能的影响。方法:采用MORRIS水迷宫检测法,将50只SD大鼠,随机分为正常组、模型组及温胆汤低、中、高剂量共5组,ig给药,1次/d,21 d后用地卓西平马来酸盐(MK801)造模诱发精神分裂症,3 d后进行空间分辨和空间探索实验,记录各组大鼠每天的逃避潜伏期、穿越平台次数及运动轨迹。结果:与模型组相比,温胆汤各组大鼠的逃避潜伏期明显缩短、跨台次数明显增加。结论:温胆汤能改善精神分裂症模型大鼠的学习记忆功能。
Objective: To explore the effect of Wendan Decoction on the learning and memory function of schizophrenia model rats. Methods: Morris water maze test was used to divide 50 Sprague-Dawley rats into 5 groups: normal group, model group and Wendan decoction at low, medium and high doses, once a day for 21 days Schizophrenia induced by diphenhydramine maleate (MK801) was used to induce schizophrenia. Three days later, spatial resolution and space exploration experiments were performed. The daily escape latency, the number of traversing platforms and the locomotion trajectory were recorded. Results: Compared with the model group, the escape latency of rats in each group was significantly shortened and the number of crossings was significantly increased. Conclusion: Wendan Decoction can improve the learning and memory function of schizophrenia model rats.
