目的:考察复方石榴皮小檗碱胶囊经放射性射线辐照灭菌后成分变化。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,0.5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.033 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾(30∶70);流速为1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长为265 nm;柱温为30℃,进样量为10μl。结果:建立复方石榴皮小檗碱胶囊指纹图谱,确定了10个共有峰,各峰分离度良好,指纹信息完整,符合指纹图谱技术规范;辐照前后大部分成分均出现不同程度的降低,甚至有些色谱峰出现丢失。结论:复方石榴皮小檗碱胶囊辐照前后主要检测成分变化没有统计学意义(P>0.05),可以采用放射性射线辐照灭菌处理。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the composition changes of compound pomegranate berberine capsules after radiation sterilization. Methods: Using high performance liquid chromatography. The column was Diamonsil C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 0.5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.033 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate (30:70), the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min-1 and the detection wavelength was 265 nm; column temperature was 30 ℃, the injection volume was 10μl. Results: The fingerprint of compound pomegranate berberine capsules was established, 10 common peaks were identified, the peaks were well resolved and the fingerprint information was complete, which accorded with the technical specifications of fingerprints. Most of the components before and after irradiation showed different degrees of decrease, and even Some peaks appear missing. Conclusion: There was no significant difference in the main components before and after berberine capsule berberine capsules irradiation (P> 0.05), which could be sterilized by radioactive radiation.
