高职教育是我国专业实用型人才培养的巨大贡献来源,高职院校学生的水平和素质,影响着我国未来实业企业发展的水平。目前,我国一些高职院校的学生不了解必要的人文知识、不具备应有的人文能力、不具有必需的人文精神。而由于高职院校的管理层办学理念长期不更新,教育资源不充裕等原因导致目前我国高职院校学生的综合人文素质水平相对偏低。只有通过更新教育理念、补充教育资源、提高师资队伍水平、建立评价体系等角度进行改革,才能真正使高职院校学生兼具专业技能和人文素质。
Higher vocational education is a great contributor to the cultivation of professional practical talents in our country. The level and quality of students in higher vocational colleges affect the level of development of industrial enterprises in our country in the future. At present, some students in higher vocational colleges in our country do not understand the necessary humanistic knowledge, do not possess the necessary humanistic abilities and do not have the necessary humanistic spirit. However, due to the fact that the management concept of management in higher vocational colleges is not renewed for a long time and educational resources are not sufficient, the comprehensive humanistic quality of students in higher vocational colleges is relatively low at present. Only by reforming educational philosophy, supplementing educational resources, improving the level of teaching staff, and establishing an evaluation system can the students in vocational colleges and universities truly have both professional skills and humanistic qualities.
