以介孔碳/硅复合物作为硅源,按摩尔比Al_2O_3:SiO_2:TPAOH:H_2O=1:60:21.4:650进行混合,征介孔碳内壁上生长ZSM-5沸石分子筛,并采用XRD、FTIR、TEM及氮气吸附等手段对样品进行了表征。结果表明,介孔碳的含量对合成复合分子筛具有重要影响,当碳含量较低时(19%)未能保持有序归一的孔道;但碳含量过高时(62%)未形成MFI结构。只有合适的碳含量(33%,47%)才能合成有效的微介孔复合分子筛。
The mesoporous carbon / silicon composite was used as silicon source and mixed with Al 2 O 3: SiO 2: TPAOH: H 2 O = 1: 60: 21.4: 650 in molar ratio. The zeolite ZSM- FTIR, TEM and nitrogen adsorption were used to characterize the samples. The results show that the content of mesoporous carbon has an important influence on the synthesis of composite molecular sieve. When the carbon content is low (19%), the orderly pore can not be maintained. However, when the carbon content is too high (62%), MFI structure is not formed . Only suitable carbon content (33%, 47%) can synthesize effective micro-mesoporous composite molecular sieves.
