本文采用无线近程遥测测试扭矩的方法,测试高强度材料外螺纹滚压扭矩的变化规律。对不同冷却润滑液品种和不同力学物理性能的材料以及不同滚压前的毛坯直径、不同滚压长度的滚丝扭矩,进行了测试与分析。从降低滚压扭矩的角度出发,提出了提高三轮轴向滚压滚丝轮耐用度的措施,并已应用于生产,取得了明显的经济效益。
In this paper, the method of wireless proximity telemetry testing torque is used to test the variation law of the rolling torque of high-strength material external thread. Different cooling lubricant varieties and different mechanical and physical properties of the material as well as different pre-rolling blank diameter, rolling length of the rolling torque, were tested and analyzed. From the perspective of reducing the rolling torque, the measures to improve the durability of the three-roller axial rolling roller are put forward and have been applied to the production, and obvious economic benefits have been achieved.
