目的:了解深圳市120救护车急救药品管理水平现状,提出提高急救药品完备状况对策。方法:调查深圳市急救中心及分中心120救护车急救药品管理措施和质量状况。结果:检查全市120救护车共153辆,发现急救药品管理制度建设不完善,平均每车配备急救药品品规数42种,药品使用和养护登记不完善,部分网络医院急救药品存放条件不达标,标示不清,药品质量存在过期和缺药情况。结论:建立急救药品统一管理的十分必要,健全定期检查监督的标准操作规程有利于提高急救战备水平。 Objective: To understand the status quo of 120 ambulance emergency drug management in Shenzhen City and to put forward measures to improve the completeness of emergency medicine. Methods: To investigate the emergency management measures and quality of ambulance emergency medicine in Shenzhen emergency center and sub-center. Results: Inspecting a total of 120 ambulances in the city, 153 found that the construction of emergency medicine administration system was imperfect, with an average of 42 kinds of emergency medicine articles per vehicle. The registration of the use and maintenance of medicines was not perfect, and the storage conditions of some emergency rescue medicines of network hospitals were not up to standard. Indiscriminate, there is drug quality outdated and lack of treatment. Conclusion: It is very necessary to establish a unified management of emergency medicine and to improve the standard operating procedures of periodic inspection and supervision, which will help improve the level of emergency readiness.
