为了推行文书处理部门立卷,交流立卷工作的具体经验和讨论解决立卷工作的具体问题,秘书处於1955年11月17日召开了各局(处)秘书组文书处理工作同志座谈会。到会28人,其中文书处理工作者20人、档案工作者6人、秘书处1人、收发科1人(三个单位因事缺席)。会议由秘书处主持,共开了一天。内容主要是交流各局(处)平时如何管理文件及立卷前应作那些准备工作,以及立卷工作中的具体作法等。会上首先由干部、财会、供应、废品局、办公厅等五个单位的同志分别介绍了自己管理文件及进行立卷工作的
In order to promote the creation of documents by the department of prosecution, exchange of experiences on specific issues and discussion on the specific issues of solving the problem, the secretariat convened a symposium on the handling of documents by comrades of departments (offices) on November 17, 1955.
