目的:观察四神丸对小鼠结肠炎性病变后诱发结肠癌化学预防作用。方法:40只ICR小鼠,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、四神丸口服给药组和四神丸灌肠给药组4组。以40mg/g 1,2-二甲肼(DMH)腹腔注射、20g/L右旋葡聚糖苷钠(DSS)饮用水诱导小鼠结肠炎性病变后诱发结肠癌模型。口服和灌肠四神丸组分别给予0.2mL四神丸浸膏剂(生药浓度2g/mL),共21周后,观察小鼠脾脏、胸腺、结肠质量,结肠组织病理变化和四神丸对小鼠结肠炎性病变后诱发结肠癌发生率的影响。结果 :与模型组相比,四神丸可以明显改善小鼠DMH+DSS诱癌过程中胸腺等组织的改变和恶病质状态,同时四神丸明显抑制小鼠结肠炎性病变后诱发结肠癌,并降低成癌率。但口服和灌肠两种给药方式对结果没有影响。结论:四神丸能抑制小鼠结肠炎性病变后诱发结肠癌。
Objective: To observe the chemical preventive effect of Si Shen Pill on colon cancer induced by colitis in mice.
