TG350汽车式起重机,最大额定起重载荷为35t。该机系日本多田野铁工所制造,北京工程机械工业公司组装。于1989年2月底执行任务途中,压塌路基,翻滚约540°,置于离路约30m的田里,造成大梁严重变形。根据过去修理经验及现大梁的变形情况,我们制订了较为完整的修复方案。1 变形的情况 大梁为焊接结构梁,断面形状为“I”字形,采用变截面结构,尺寸如图1所示。 其中a值前半部分为136mm,后半部分为150mm。 梁的材料为日本SB46,相当于我国的15Mn结构钢。
