骨硬化蛋白(Sclerostin/SOST)主要由骨细胞特异性表达,是骨形成的负性调节因子,受机械刺激的调控,在正畸牙移动中发挥着重要的作用。Wnt和骨形成蛋白(BMP)是正畸牙移动骨改建的两个重要信号途径,骨硬化蛋白可通过结合BMP的Ⅰ型或Ⅱ型受体和Wnt的共受体LRP5/6分别抑制BMP和Wnt信号途径来调控成骨细胞分化和骨形成。文章综述了骨硬化蛋白对机械加力后正畸牙移动的影响和作用机制及其临床意义与应用前景。
Sclerostin / SOST is mainly expressed by bone cells and is a negative regulator of bone formation. It is regulated by mechanical stimulation and plays an important role in orthodontic tooth movement. Wnt and bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) are two important signal transduction pathways for orthodontic tooth movement. Osteosclerotic proteins can inhibit BMPs and BMPs by binding to BMP type I or II receptors and Wnt co-receptor LRP5 / 6, respectively Wnt signaling pathway to regulate osteoblast differentiation and bone formation. This article reviews the effect and mechanism of osteocalcin on orthodontic tooth movement after mechanical force and its clinical significance and application prospects.
