传统教学模式中教师通过讲解、示范、练习三环节教学,学生的主体地位被忽视,学生积极性无法调动。目标教学模式以学生为主体,教师为主导,以提高学生的短跑训练积极性与成绩为最终出发点。初中短跑目标教学模式分为目标确立、目标解读、目标实现与目标评价四个基本环节,以目标确立为基本,目标分为若干层次。初中短跑目标教学模式要遵循可测量性、层次性与超越性三原则。
In the traditional teaching mode, the teacher, through explaining, demonstrating and practicing the teaching of the three links, neglected the student’s dominant position and the enthusiasm of the student could not be mobilized. The target teaching mode takes student as the main body and teacher as the leading one, in order to improve students’ motivation and achievement of sprint training as the final starting point. The junior middle school sprint goal teaching mode is divided into four parts: target establishment, goal interpretation, goal realization and target evaluation. The goal is established as the basic goal is divided into several levels. Junior middle school sprint goal teaching mode to follow measurability, hierarchy and transcendence of the three principles.
