目的探讨人类染色体端粒酶RNA(hTERC)在甘肃地区不同程度宫颈病变脱落细胞中的表达及临床意义。方法采用荧光原位杂交方法(FISH)检测甘肃地区22例宫颈炎、76例宫颈上皮内瘤变及27例浸润性宫颈癌脱落细胞hTERC的表达情况。结果甘肃地区hTERC在宫颈炎、CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ及宫颈癌中的阳性表达率分别为9.1%,22.9%,57.1%,72.2%和100%,CINⅡ、CINⅢ、宫颈癌组与正常组比较,hTERC基因阳性率差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05),其中,CINⅠ与CINⅡ/Ⅲ、CINⅠ与宫颈癌比较、CINⅡ/Ⅲ与宫颈癌比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着病变程度的增加,hTERC基因表达率增加,hTERC基因的表达水平与宫颈病变的程度密切相关。结论甘肃地区hTERC的阳性表达率与宫颈病变程度密切相关,提示其在宫颈癌的发生发展中起着重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of human telomerase RNA (hTERC) in cervical exfoliated cells of varying degrees in Gansu and its clinical significance. Methods FISH was used to detect the expression of hTERC in 22 cases of cervicitis, 76 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and 27 cases of invasive cervical carcinoma in Gansu Province. Results The positive rates of hTERC in cervicitis, CINⅠ, CINⅡ, CINⅢ and cervical cancer were 9.1%, 22.9%, 57.1%, 72.2% and 100% respectively in Gansu province. Compared with normal group, There was significant difference in the positive rate of hTERC gene (P <0.05). There was significant difference between CINⅠand CINⅡ / Ⅲ, CINⅠ and cervical cancer, CINⅡ / Ⅲ and cervical cancer (P <0.05). With the increase of the degree of lesion, the expression rate of hTERC gene increases. The expression level of hTERC gene is closely related to the degree of cervical lesion. Conclusion The positive rate of hTERC in Gansu is closely related to the degree of cervical lesions, suggesting that hTERC plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
