针对目前工程监测领域大量采用的振弦式传感器,研制了一种基于扫频激振技术的采集仪器。提出了反馈式扫频法的设计思想,设计了以ARM微处理器为核心的硬件激振电路,信号处理电路以及显示、通信电路。在能够本地显示的基础上,支持实时RS485通信,最后通过实验,验证了仪器采集微小信号频率的准确性。
Aiming at the vibrating wire sensor widely used in the field of engineering monitoring, a collection instrument based on swept frequency excitation technology is developed. The design idea of feedback-type swept-frequency method is proposed. The hardware excitation circuit, signal processing circuit, display and communication circuit with ARM microprocessor as the core are designed. On the basis of being capable of displaying locally, real-time RS485 communication is supported, and finally the accuracy of acquiring the minute signal frequency by the instrument is verified.
