为解决油管传输压力起爆因井下压力波动或人员误操作等行为引发的误起爆问题,考虑到井下环境,设计了油管传输压力编码控制系统,详细描述了其设计思路与工作原理,并在常温和高温两种不同环境下对系统进行模拟试验,同时在油田进行现场上井试验。结果显示:系统功能正常,运行稳定,满足安全、可靠的高性能指标要求。
In order to solve the problem of false initiation caused by the pressure fluctuation in tubing or the misoperation of personnel, considering the downhole environment, a control system of pressure transmission control for oil pipe was designed. The design principle and working principle were described in detail. Simulate the system in two different environments with high temperature, and conduct on-site well test in the oil field. The results show that: the system functions normally and runs stably, meeting the requirements of high performance index of safety and reliability.
