为了对高职院校的学生进行有效的管理,班主任教师应当深挖学生的个性,将其作为管理的原动力实施柔性管理制度。柔性管理制度在高职院校的管理工作中能起到很大的积极作用。本文对高职院校柔性管理的意义以及措施加以分析,希望可以为高职院校的学生管理工作提供借鉴。
In order to carry out effective management of students in higher vocational colleges, the teacher in charge of a class teacher should thoroughly dig out the personality of a student and use it as the driving force of management to implement the flexible management system. Flexible management system can play a very big positive role in the management of higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the significance and measures of flexible management in higher vocational colleges, hoping to provide reference for the management of students in higher vocational colleges.
