耐热性不同的2个大白菜品种经38℃高温胁迫后O-2含量明显增加,但耐热的亚蔬1号增幅远小于不耐热的“106”品种.高温胁迫使亚蔬1号的超氧物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(ASP)活性提高,“106”品种除CAT活性稍有提高外,SOD和ASP活性均下降.2个品种还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量增加不明显,但亚蔬1号仍稍高于“106”品种;抗坏血酸(AsA)含量均减少,亚蔬1号降幅小于“106”品种.结果显示,在高温胁迫下,亚蔬1号较“106”品种具有较高的酶性和非酶性活性氧清除能力
The content of O-2 in two Chinese cabbage cultivars with different heat tolerances increased obviously under the high temperature stress of 38 ℃, but the increase of heat-resistant Asparagus No.1 was much less than that of the heat-tolerant “106” cultivars. Under high temperature stress, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and ascorbate peroxidase (ASP) of Yazhong 1 was increased, while CAT activity of “106” ASP activity decreased. The content of reduced glutathione (GSH) in two cultivars did not increase obviously, but the content of asparagine (AsA) in Yazhong No.1 was still slightly higher than that in “106”. The decline of Yasushi No.1 was less than that in “106”. The results showed that under high temperature stress, Asushi No.1 had higher enzymatic and non-enzymatic active oxygen scavenging ability than “106”
