科室奖金内部分配直接关系到每个职工的切身利益,只有建立符合科室实际、科学、公平、合理的科室奖金分配制度,才能使将金分配的激励作用真正落到实处。文章就医院外科实行的以工作量为基础的科室奖金内部分配改革与实践进行探讨。
Internal distribution of bonuses is directly related to the immediate interests of each worker. Only by establishing a departmental bonus distribution system that is in line with the actual, scientific, fair and reasonable departments can we truly implement the incentive function of gold distribution. This article discusses the internal distribution reform and practice of workload-based departmental bonuses in hospital surgery.
