随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善,事业单位改制势在必行。面对新的形势,职工原本的思想观念和价值观念受到冲击,由此产生了各种问题。本文分析了改制过程中职工思想观念的一些特点,并针对这些问题拟出了改制过程中加强思想政治工作的几项对策,对如何促进职工思想观念转变,化解思想矛盾进行了初步的探讨。
With the establishment and improvement of the socialist market economic system, the reform of public institutions is imperative. In the face of the new situation, the original ideas and values of employees have been hit and various problems have arisen. This paper analyzes some characteristics of employee ideology in the process of restructuring, and proposes several countermeasures to strengthen ideological and political work in the process of restructuring, aiming at how to promote the transformation of employee ideology and to resolve the contradiction of ideology.
