基于滚压模具的成型原理,文中针对矩形平顶翅片散热带成型模具设计和制造周期长、制带质量不稳定、加工精度低的问题,分析成型模具参数,采用圆弧代替渐开线齿廓的方法,设计成型模具,通过试验数据分析误差,修正滚压模具,总结出影响矩形平顶翅片散热带成型质量的参数。结果表明圆弧替代法简单可行,成型模具加工方便,矩形平顶翅片成型质量稳定,满足精度要求。
Based on the forming principle of the rolling die, aiming at the problem of the design and manufacturing cycle of the rectangular flat top fin cooling belt mold, the problem of instability of the belt quality and the low processing precision, the parameters of the forming die are analyzed. The arc is used instead of the involute tooth Profile method, the mold is designed, the error is analyzed through the test data, the rolling mold is modified, and the parameters that affect the shaping quality of the rectangular flat-top fin cooling belt are summed up. The results show that arc substitution method is simple and feasible, processing of forming mold is convenient, and forming quality of rectangular flat-top fin is stable and meets the requirements of accuracy.
