伴随着经济的高速发展,环境受到的污染和破坏日渐加剧。企业作为市场经济活动的主要参加者,在获取经济效益的同时,也应更加重视自身对环境保护的责任。对社会而言,企业在环保集体行动中扮演着理性“经济人”的角色,实现个体理性与集体理性之间的冲突与平衡,要求企业环保责任的构建应根据企业自身发展的特点分层级进行。本文通过对企业环保责任的界定、对企业在环保集体行动中承担责任动因及其构建的分析,力求为企业履行环保责任提供参考。
With the rapid economic development, the pollution and destruction of the environment are increasingly aggravated. As the main participants in the market economy activities, enterprises should pay more attention to their own responsibility for environmental protection while obtaining economic benefits. For the society, enterprises play a rational “economic man” role in the collective action of environmental protection, and realize the conflict and balance between individual rationality and collective rationality. It is required that the construction of corporate environmental responsibility should be based on the characteristics of the enterprise’s own development Hierarchical. This article through the definition of corporate responsibility for environmental protection, corporate responsibility in environmental protection collective action motivation and its construction analysis, and strive to provide enterprises with environmental responsibility to provide reference.
