当全国“追逃”表彰大会的帷幕徐徐降下的时候,网上作战意识也渐渐深入人心。浙江省嘉兴市公安局刑侦支队坚持“网上作战”,利用现有的公安信息网络及计算机应用技术,拓宽网络阵地,积极组建了“嘉兴市刑事技术网”,并开辟了“技术串并案”专栏。充分发挥地区刑事技术二级点的指导职能,自上而下地推动应用公安信息网络开展跨区域流窜犯罪案件的技术串并工作。通过3个月的实践,支队已利用网络串并系列性跨区域流窜案件28串450余起,网上传递各类图片资料500余件(套),破获系列性案件5串60余起,总案值达30余万元。
