针对HXD21000系电力机车因光电转换板的问题导致四象限上下桥臂驱动故障和逆变器上下桥臂驱动故障进行了分析和试验,发现在机车特殊的运行环境中可能导致光电转换板上一个三极管极间短路,造成光电转换板输出信号异常。对光电转换板进行了车上静态低压试验和实验室验证试验,最终确定了整改方案并进行整改,达到了预期效果。
