本文提出用“前抱后压”的剪切法对棒料进行热剪切,并和工厂中常用的一般剪切法作了质量对比。对7909轴承环的毛坯锻造提出了五种成形方案,经过试验比较,认为内外环合锻的一次成形方案是最简单,亦最有利于在高速镦锻机上使用。此工艺将在我国自行设计试制的800吨多工位高速镦锻机上投产验证。该设备的试制及锻打调试工作已接近完成。
In this paper, we propose the thermal shear of the bar with the shear method “before and after pressure” and compare with the common shear method commonly used in the factory. Five kinds of forming schemes are proposed for blank forging of 7909 bearing ring. After comparison, it is considered that the primary forming scheme of inner and outer ring forging is the simplest and most suitable for use on high-speed upsetting machine. This process will be in our own design and trial production of 800 tons of multi-station high-speed upsetting machine put into operation validation. The trial of the equipment and forging debugging is nearing completion.
