哈萨克语和乌孜别克语是突厥语族的亲属语言,在我国作为少数民族语言流行于新疆广大地区,起着社会交际的中介作用,但在中亚邻国却是哈萨克斯坦和乌孜别克斯坦两个共和国的国语。因此,重新认识与研究这两种语言,在改革开放的今日中国,有其重要的社会价值与深远的意义。 本文拟将哈萨克语和乌孜别克语两种语言的音位作个试探性的比较。首先,依据归纳音位的原则,对两种语言的音位系统进行全面描写,然后,采用双向比较的方法,从正反方向的比较中,找出两种语言音位的共有属性与特有属性,从而总结出一套对应规律,以便指导我们的语言实践活动。
Kazakh and Uzbek are relatives of the Turkic languages and have become the intermediary of social communication in our country as a minority language in vast areas of Xinjiang. However, in the neighboring countries of Central Asia, they are the two languages of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan . Therefore, re-understanding and studying these two languages have important social values and far-reaching significance in today’s reform and opening up in China. This article intends to tentatively compare the phonemes of the two languages of Kazakh and Uzbek. First of all, according to the principle of inductive phonemes, we describe the phonemic systems of the two languages in a comprehensive way. Then, using the method of two-way comparison, we can find out the common attributes and the unique attributes of the two phonemes from the comparison of positive and negative directions , So as to sum up a set of corresponding rules in order to guide our language practice.
