目的测定虎皮猫正常血液、生化等数据,为动物试验提供参考数据。方法用全自动五分类血球计数仪和全自动生化分析仪对虎皮猫14项血液常规值和18项生化值进行测定。结果虎皮猫的正常血液、生化参数均取得平均值及标准差范围。结论虎皮猫的血液学参数相对稳定。虎皮猫的血液学、生化等参数可作为动物试验正常值参考。
Objective To determine the normal blood, biochemical and other data of tiger cats and provide reference data for animal experiments. Methods The blood routine values and 18 biochemical values of 14 items of tiger skin cats were determined by automatic five-category hemocytometer and automatic biochemical analyzer. Results The average blood and biochemical parameters of the tiger skin cat were averaged and standard deviation range. Conclusion The hematological parameters of tiger skin cat are relatively stable. Tiger cats hematology, biochemical and other parameters can be used as a normal animal test reference.
