本文根据胜利孤岛油田污水含油高的特点,对聚氧丙烯-聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯三段聚醚的嵌段过程进行改造,得到的AE121镶嵌共聚物,兼有原油脱水和污水脱油性能。与SP169相比,在室内加药浓度均为50ppm的情况下,AE121污水含油为20~50ppm,SP169为100ppm;90分钟内80毫升原油脱水量AE121为14毫升,SP169为8毫升。现场试验也表明,用AE121代替SP169后,用药量只有原来的三分之二,但外输油含水从原来最好记录1.83%降到0.9%以下,排放污水含油符合标准。由此可见,AE121提高了脱水速度、脱水率和污水脱油能力,在实际应用中还可节省药量。
According to the high oil content in Shengli Gudao Oilfield, the block process of polyoxypropylene-polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene three polyether was modified. The AE121 mosaic copolymer has the properties of both crude oil dewatering and sewage dewatering . Compared with SP169, AE121 oil content is 20 ~ 50ppm and SP169 is 100ppm when indoor chemical concentration is 50ppm. In 90 minutes, 80ml crude oil dehydration quantity AE121 is 14ml and SP169 is 8ml. Field tests also showed that, with AE121 instead of SP169, the dosage is only two-thirds of the original, but the outer oil water from the best record of 1.83% down to 0.9%, the discharge of sewage oil meet the standards. Thus, AE121 increased the rate of dehydration, dehydration and sewage de-oiling capacity, in practical applications can also save the dose.
