预热温度对钢包盛钢时的内衬温度及应力影响

为了确定合适的钢包烘烤预热温度,以某钢厂90t整体铝镁浇注料钢包为原型进行数值模拟,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,采用间接耦合法进行计算,得出了不同烘烤预热温度工况下,钢包盛钢时的内衬温度变化及应力分布。结果表明:提高钢包预热温度可以降低钢包内衬的温升及钢液温降幅度,减小钢包内衬的温度梯度,减少内衬材料受热应力所引起的热震破坏,从而延长钢包使用寿命。综合考虑钢包内衬水分排除、节能及热应力分布等因素,钢包预热温度取1 173~1 273K最佳;钢包底部的烘烤预热温度应提高到1 373K。 In order to determine the proper preheating temperature of ladle, numerical simulation was carried out using the 90t overall aluminum-magnesium castable steel ladle as a prototype. The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to calculate by indirect coupling method. The results showed that different bake preheating Lining Temperature Change and Stress Distribution in Ladle Steel under Temperature Condition. The results show that increasing the preheating temperature of the ladle can reduce the temperature rise of the ladle liner and the temperature drop of the molten steel, decrease the temperature gradient of the ladle liner and reduce the thermal shock damage caused by the thermal stress of the liner material, thus prolonging the service life of the ladle . Considering the factors of water exclusion, energy saving and thermal stress distribution of ladle lining, the preheating temperature of ladle is taken as 1 173 ~ 1 273K, and the temperature of bake preheating at the bottom of ladle should be increased to 1 373K.
