目的 :建立元胡止痛口服液的质量标准。方法 :采用薄层色谱法鉴别制剂中元胡和白芷 ,并应用薄层扫描法测定了延胡索乙素的含量。结果 :该方法线性方程为Y =0 0 0 0 0 2 735X - 0 382 6 ,r=0 9986 ,线性范围 1 0 16 μg～ 10 16 μg,平均加样回收率 10 0 9% ,RSD为 3 0 %。结论 :上述方法可用于元胡止痛口服液的质量控制。
Objective : To establish the quality standard of Yuanhu Zhitong Oral Liquid. Methods : Thin-layer chromatography was used to identify the preparations of Yuanhu and Baijing, and the content of tetrahydropalmatine was determined by thin-layer scanning. Results: The linear equation of this method is Y = 0 0 0 0 0 2 735X - 0 382 6 , r = 0 99986. The linear range is 1 0 16 μg ~ 10 16 μg. The average recovery rate is 10 0 9%. The RSD is 3 0 %. Conclusion: The above method can be used to control the quality of Yuanhu Zhitong Oral Liquid.
