我一九六三年七月从水电部门调到人民公社做秘书工作。公社文件的收发、整理、归档工作也是我的重要任务之一。这个公社以往兼办档案工作的同志,不知什么原因把这项工作放过了。多少年来,文件、资料积的一堆堆、一捆捆成了“废纸”,想查找个材料十分困难。每日出来进去,看到那些摆的乱七八糟的纸捆,心里感到象一块病似的难受。为了解决这个问题,曾和档案部门的同志交谈过,他们对公社基层档案的实况也缺乏研究,指出的办法是县级机关那一套,不适用于公社。从去年十月到今年一月,我白天忙于中心工作,晚上抽时间整理,结果由一大堆变成了一柜子,剔除了五分之四还多,但整理得仍然不够理想。后因为社会主义教育工作较忙,就放下了。这事一直到今年五月份以后,这个公社从涡阳县划归利辛县管辖,在新县档案部门的大力帮助下,才算彻底解决了问题。
In July 1963, I transferred from the hydropower department to the people’s commune to work as a secretary. Commune file delivery, sorting, filing work is also one of my important tasks. In the past, comrades who did part-time job of archives in this commune did not know what caused the work to be done. Over the past few years, documents, data piles, a bundle bundled into “waste paper”, would like to find a material very difficult. Every day came in and saw those messy paper bundles, feeling like a sick piece of uncomfortable. In order to solve this problem, I had talked with comrades in the archives departments about their lack of research on the actual situation of grass-roots archives in the commune and pointed out that they are not used by the communes because they are set by county-level agencies. From October last year to January this year, I was busy with central work during the day and I spent time arranging at night. The result was a lot of cabinets, more than four-fifths of which were removed, but the arrangement was still not satisfactory. Afterwards, because of the busy social education work, I dropped it. This matter until after May this year, the commune from Guoyang County Lixin County under the jurisdiction of the file in the new county department with the great help, be considered a complete solution to the problem.
